The problems of pathological diagnosis recurrent miscarriage are relevant in modern reproductive medicine. One the important molecular markers endometrium is progesterone-induced blocking factor, which induced by progesterone under influence activated lymphocytes and has an immunomodulatory effect on implantation characteristics endometrium.
